Soursop or custard apple is very important medicinal worthy fruit. In Sri Lanka this is called as “ Katu Anoda”. Another synonym for it is Corossol fruit. There are various types of this custsrd aplle and the motherland of this fruit is West Indies islands. The botanical name of this is Annona Muricata and this belongs to the Annonaceae family.
